6 months at a temperature from - 4˚C to 0˚C and a humidity of 85-90% or at a temperature from 0˚C to 6˚C and a humidity of 85-90%

Product characteristics: the shape of the cheese is a low cylinder with a slightly convex side surface and rounded edges.

The taste is pronounced cheesy, slightly sour, spicy taste is allowed.

Consistency: the dough is tender, plastic, homogeneous throughout the mass.

Pattern: eyes of irregular shape, angular or slit-like.
